(Business World, 2017) In recent days, however, there has been a well-orchestrated campaign perpetrated by unscrupulous quarters to discredit and smear the company - the caritas scam as known by many. Caritas Health Shield does not condone these “scams”, much less ignore any fraudulent act committed by any individual in its organization. Guidelines with sanctions against the caritas scams are in place. Further, all complaints are promptly acted upon and erring personnel are dealth with accordingly. Some have even been terminated.
